IRS Introduces New Regulation to Restrict Political Speech
The following article and video originally appeared as an editorial in The Wall Street Journal (November 28th 2013). While it is used without permission, it is posted here in the name of liberty and to inform Americans that a consorted effort is underway to undermine our two party system and to control political speech.
The Obama Administration doesn't lack for nerve or, more to the point, disdain for the law. Even as investigations continue into the IRS targeting of conservative nonprofit groups, Treasury and the IRS are introducing a new regulation to further restrict the ability of nonprofit groups to participate in elections.

Judge Jeanine Pirro Rants About Obama Lies During Opening Statement
Transcribed from Justice with Judge Jeanine Pirro - Opening statement from her program on 11-23-2013. Ann Coulter was the special guest that appeared right after Judge Pirro's statement. Ann was very impressed after hearing Judge Jeanine's words and so was I; enough that I stayed up late to transcribe it so that I could share it with you. Enjoy!
Begin transcription:
"Hello, I'm Judge Jeanine Pirro. Thanks for being here tonight.
He did it again. President Obama, who knew for three years, that Americans, even if they liked their health care plan, would not be able to keep it, continued to lie - saying that they could. And he just did it again.
And although he said that he truly believed that Americans could keep their heath care plans, he now admits he was 'inaccurate'. So why was he inaccurate?

WebMD Received Millions To 'Promote' Obamacare Law
WebMD, a consumer health website, is well known for its praising of ObamaCare. What is not commonly known is that they are also getting millions of dollars under a federal contract to educate doctors about practicing medicine under ObamaCare.
As reported in The Washington Times, WebMD has not exactly bent over backwards to inform readers of the agreement, even while it publishes articles that refer to the law in a positive way.
However, the Times has reviewed documents that show the

Healthcare.gov sharing your personal information
Your personal information is definitely at risk of being shared when you use Obamacare's website, Healthcare, gov.
Experian is the name of the company that is responsible for ID verification at Obamacare's website, Healthcare.gov. The company collects information about consumers from various sources and then sells the information in the form of credit reports and mailing lists. They also sell identity theft protection - which, after reading this post, you might find ironic.
RandonAmmo now has proof that Experian is using the personal information of users of HealthCare.gov to update the credit files and then is selling that information to others for commercial purposes. In my case they

Time to stock up? Town moves to close Sriracha Chili Sauce Factory
It looked like things were really starting to heat up for this little Southern California factory town when the maker of the Sriracha chili sauce known the world over decided to open a sprawling 650,000-square-foot factory within its borders.
Getting the jobs and economic boost was great. Getting a whiff of the sauce being made wasn't, at least for a few Irwindale residents. So much so that the city is now suing Huy Fong Foods, seeking to shut down production at the 2-year-old plant until its operators make the smell go away.

Obamacare Subsidy Calculator Exposes "Wedding Tax" and More Hidden Penalties
by Tom Blumer / PJMedia
Erin Hannigan of Organizing for Action’s “Truth Team” bragged about a “cool calculator from the nonpartisan Kaiser Family Foundation” showing how Obamacare’s “tax credits” work, and encouraged everyone to “share it on Facebook or Twitter.”
Obamacare’s opponents need to follow Hannigan’s suggestion too. Play with the calculator yourself and consider sending the link to your friends. That’s because what Kaiser’s “cool calculator” really does is expose the statist health care regime’s three ugliest financial elements.
Judge allows eminent domain plan to seize private mortgages to proceed
by Megan Hopkins
A federal district judge shut the door on Wells Fargo's (WFC) attempt to prevent the rollout of a controversial eminent domain rescue plan for underwater borrowers in Richmond, Calif.
U.S. District Court Judge Charles Breyer dismissed the bank's push for an injunction without prejudice, claiming the case was not
