The New York Times printed a story about restaurant owner Carole Hinders, who saw her bank balance go from $33,000 down to zero - confiscated by the I.R.S. That in itself isn't so unusual. We

Obama To Crowd: Come Back Here!

Reuters News reported that swarms of people walked out when President Barack Obama started speaking during a democratic rally in Maryland. The early departures of so many in attendance underscores his continuing unpopularity throughout the country - even in his own party.

With his approval levels hovering around all time record lows, Obama has spent most of his campaign-related efforts this year raising money for only the most desperate of Democrats, who risk losing control of the U.S. Senate in the Nov. 4 midterm election.

The 40-year-old U.S. citizen had been to the funeral of his sister, who also died from the disease.

He was put in isolation at the First Consultants Hospital in Obalende, one of the most crowded parts of the

You Don't Have To Imagine A World Without America

America -The Book
Earlier this month I saw a movie by Dinesh D'Souza called America - Imagine The World Without Her. While I did enjoy the movie and was enlightened by several historical 'corrections' about America, I was somewhat disappointed. Later I would discover that others felt the same - because the movie did not deliver 'The World Without Her' part, as promised in the title.

Today it occurred to me, after reading the following article by Fred Hiatt of The Washington Post, that we don't have to imagine such a world. It's indeed unfolding before us now.
